I’m looking for an office manager to ensure the following missions :
1- Review administrative processes and procedures to ensure services are delivered in the most efficient and effective manner.
2- Oversee and support general accounting, expenditure monitoring, financial reporting, and other office related activities including office signatories for clearance and approval.
3- Help in organizing events and conferences, as it may be required.
4- Participate in research planning and technical meetings of the platform to assess and plan for corporate service needs for staff.
5- Issuing admin monthly reports as needed for the business controlling ; To ensure and manage the courier activates.
Skills required : Administrative process ; Accounting ; Management ; Research planning ; Reporting ; Planning.
Degree required : Bac+3 or less.
