Nexteer Automotive Kenitra was currently looking to recruit an Planning Responsible.

Key responsibilities and authorities :

Key responsibilities :
– Employee’s awareness of their impact on product quality and the importance of their activities in achieving, maintaining, and improving quality, including customer requirements and the risks involved for the customer with non-conforming product.
– To receive the customer’s order forecast, and filing properly by timing sequence
– Communicate with Customer for any non-forecast order / pull forward or increase order
– Compliance of IATF standards, specific customer requirements and internal logistics procedures)
– Daily customer portal verification and customer satisfaction rate OEM & OES
– Organization of shipments to the customer BMW all locations – daily
– To receive the customers order forecast, and filing properly by timing sequence.
– Generate weekly Production Plans based on schedule levelling principle,
– Arrange Shipping always meet customers order request and keep a stable level safety stock in SC
– Monitoring and optimization of transport cost
– Monitoring and control over customer returnable container flow
– Logistics complaints verification
– Generate weekly Production Plans based on schedule levelling principle,
– Build production plan based on customer demands (short & long term)
– Control on production results
– Support and develop internal PC&L communication process
– Communicate with other relevant departments for the change of the production forecast, to adjust the production schedule and goods shipping schedule
– Review customer orders to verify the production plans, identify and highlight capacity gaps between production capability and customers requirement, in order provide the options for Management Team to make further decisiondaily contact with the customer
– Preparation and involvement in annual physical stock counting
– Seeking for innovative solutions to develop supply chain processes.
– Provide initiatives of logistics cost reduction.
– Support the activities of advanced logistics; consolidate/de-consolidate, milk run and lean logistics network.
– Arrange Shipping always meet customers order request and keep a stable level safety stock in SCSupport CPI logistics activities.
– Support ECR
– Reduce dead stock by reworking, Planner is responsible for rework plan release and follow up rework output
– Solve any wrong transition of QAD.
– Collect and analysis daily production output, and report any abnormal output to Logistic Manager
– Lead MPS into QAD system timely; eliminate the potential risk for production capacity and materials supply crisis.
– Revise production plan in time to meet customer urgent order (order pull forward or non-forecast)
– The responsible for providing the adequate behaviour of planning people for
the EH&S managemnt system/Ensure a good coordination in case of emergency.

Qualifications required :

Education :
Master degree, (preferably logistics profile, computer development).

Experience :
– 2 years experience at similar position
– Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, etc)

Skills / Training :
– Good knowledge of English (spoken & written)
– Basic knowledge of German would be additional asset
