As a part of a team will implement a channel strategy aimed to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in the marketplace. The candidate will manage Multi Products mainly in Networking, Security, Infrastructure, Storage and Hardware.

As a part of Value Added Distribution team he would also work closely with partners in the Commercial, Enterprise, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Service Provider sectors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel/clients to expand sales
  • Handle customer accounts and develop strategic relationship
  • Strengthen the relationship with the key decision makers of major accounts
  • Interact very closely and on a daily basis with the accounts to ensure they are ready and well enabled to promote and sell Mindware line of products
  • Collect data from the market for the assessment of company market share
  • Design and execute jointly developed business plans for identified partner accounts, including strategic initiatives, training plan, marketing plan
  • Work collaboratively with Pre-Sales to assess client requirements, developing a value-add solutions
  • Deliver presentation to partners and clients; arrange seminars with relevant prospect partners
  • Oversee implementation of targeted programs and marketing campaign. Ensure that Channels are able to generate business to ensure better Market Coverage and incremental revenue stream.
  • Build/Maintain adequate pipeline for all handled products
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives
  • Educate partner community on programs and execute accordingly, and influence the adoption of Multi Products

Skills and Experience required

  • University degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication or equivalent
  • Good communications skills
  • Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to succeed in sales
  • Ability to build strong trusting relationships with customers
  • Team oriented and enjoys dealing with people on all levels
  • Experience of handling million $$ quotas you will have strong relationships in the Channel & Client Community in Morocco
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of Products/Solutions in Volume/Value Business, competitive products and industry trends
  • Years of Experience: + 4 years
  • Languages: Fluency in English & French
